If you have been diagnosed with CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE (CKD) and would like to learn how to stop its progression to avoid dialysis, join us for this 3-week online course! This course is facilitated by two Dietitians with experience in the dialysis setting: Sarah Josef, MA, RDN, LD, and Cara Vende Berg, MA, RDN, LD.
