Diabetes Self Management Education Program (online)
VirtualLearn more about diabetes management, including nutrition, exercise, and medication in this service directed by a Registered Nurse and other healthcare professionals. Must have a diabetes diagnosis. Classes will be online via computer or smartphone. Call-in option available upon request.
