Basic Stretch and Strengthening Exercise Class (online)

Lāʻau Lapaʻau Workshop (in-person)
A firsthand experience with a cultural practitioner on traditional Hawaiian healing lāʻau and cultural practices. If you are not a registered client, please come in at 8:30AM or earlier. Bring your own brown bag lunch.
